Brand Development and Identity

CHALLENGE

A third project that we worked on was Situ Village. We were called upon to interpret the architectural design of the project. From naming, brand philosophy tagline, logo and brand book creation was the challenge that we were happy to tackle

HEAT

We developed a name through our brand naming process after rigorous collaboration and justifications with the client. The name we settled for was synonymous with the features of the location of which our team also visited to internalize the meaning. We developed values, personality and an essence that would guide the Cytonn Real estate team with communication messages that defined the project.

RESULT

A logo that incorporated the forest look A name that sounded African mixed with English name that defined the project A brand philosophy that was easy to comprehend and memorable An identity that stood for something other than just a real state product.
