We traveled down at the Coast and found a client in need of social and digital media management. Pwani Life wanted us to take over their social media accounts and turn them into effective tools of engagement and social interaction between their products and their customers.
For a client who makes array of product categories, we had to learn first. Hours were spent trying to understand the different products, their attributes, their application and ideal customers. From cooking fats and oils to soaps we left no stone unturned in our quest for understanding. We gave each product their individual personalities.
We opened up three pages on Facebook to cater to the three product categories. We then opened Twitter and Instagram pages to cater to the corporate brand. Pwani Life’s digital customers were happy with the page revivals. They can now interact with the brand online where they are always posted on information and offers.
